Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into our database from various sources
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring data integrity
- Organize files and collect data to be entered into the system
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Verify and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Assist with routine office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office management is a plus
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Excellent typing skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
