The IT Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The IT Support Analyst must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members
The successful candidate must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) that was completed within the last six months. For candidates who require a request letter in order to apply for a police check, request letters will be provided for candidates that move forward from the interview stage of the recruitment process.

Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 2 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC.
