The Manager of Oxford & East Middlesex Region, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for all CMHATVAMHS programs and services within the specific geographical region of Oxford and East Middlesex. Responsibilities include providing effective and visible leadership, including the administrative supervision of all employees working primarily from the Oxford and East Middlesex sites, ensuring employee support and clinical consultation, and the implementation and evaluation of recovery-focused services including case management, counselling, crisis supports, peer support, and volunteer programs (including community & peer volunteers) that are offered to participants who have addictions and mental illnesses. This role will also assume general responsibilities to support the administrative requirements of the organization.
Working primarily at the Oxford sites, this role will be required to attend any location in the East Middlesex area served by the organization. Virtual contact will also be expected.

Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 2 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC.
