As a Sr. Manager, IT Vendor Management you will be part of dedicated team to manage and measure our strategic IT vendors relationships to drive continuous improvement and value. There are many people across the organization who are engaged in managing our vendors. This role will focus on creating a community for these colleagues and promoting co-ordinated, best practice approaches to the management and reporting of IT vendor performance. In this capacity, the person will interface with stakeholders at all levels across the technology organization, subject matter experts, and third parties in developing and implementing vendor management-related shared practices, tools and reporting.
