What we are looking for:
- Create a unique service experience for our customers by utilizing video and other tech to ensure an understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s License
- Experience with PBS (considered an asset)
- Advise customers on repairs required and maintenance due
- Handle customer inquiries and issues and follow-up progress reporting
- You work well with others and enjoy a team environment. You’re a problem solver and maintain a professional demeanor while completing your day to day tasks
- Position requires rotational evening and weekend availability
- You are fully vaccinated against Covid-19
