Cohort Go is looking for an energetic, intelligent Finance and Operations Analyst reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager.

Streamlining the international student and education experience, Cohort Go brings together global payments and essential student services such as health insurance and accommodation, in one easy-to-use platform. Our technology capabilities are proven, with 10 years of experience servicing the international education community across 180 countries. Trusted by more than 100,000 students and over 2,000 agents and education providers globally.
We have a vibrant and diverse global team. Whilst our head office is located in Brisbane, we have teams located in 10 countries around the world. This position is to be the finance and operations contact for Canada, assisting to service customers in Canada, the US and South America.
The candidate will provide finance and operational support for the insurance and international payments business including processing, reconciliation and customer liaison. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing international payments
- Compliance verification and reporting
- Reconciling transactions, financial data, and other information to the company’s accounting system
- Answering phone calls, emails and help-desk tickets regarding customers’ needs
- Ad-hoc research activities
