Position Description
We are looking for team members who put the customer experience first, they will enjoy interacting with customers, becoming product experts and are able to address customer issues thought to resolution.
This role’s objective is to set the business up with a secure line for customers to have their inquiries addressed in a timely manner, while also providing customers with detailed knowledge of our products and services and is comprised of the following accountabilities: customer support related to products and services, issue resolution, order entry and feedback regarding customer orders where necessary.

Qualifications
*
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Ability to multi-task
*
Strong client-facing and communication skills
*
Working knowledge of customer service software and tools
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
