Our parent company, Kigep Management, has been operating for more than 30 years. We provide supports for persons with disabilities through our numerous subsidiaries; CLAS, KCSP, CCP, and EIS.
This position is located in Calgary at Kigep Management’s head office.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Human Resources Overview:
Human Resources will serve the Agency as a strategic partner providing a full range of duties within human resources management services, including but not limited to; leadership and guidance in the development, implementation and justifiable administration of policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment, employee empowerment and involvement, sustainability, teamwork, continuous improvement, compliance with Federal, Province and local laws pertaining to employment standards and human rights, and exceptional customer services. Human Resources will manage these activities in an effective, fair, legal, and consistent manner.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position does not require Human Resources experience. We are seeking accuracy, attention to detail, strong computer literacy, good judgement skills, and good (internal) customer service skills.
Kigep Management (including CLAS/EIS/KCSP) is currently seeking to fill the full-time temporary (maternity leave coverage) position of Human Resources Data Control and Support. This position operates within our head office and requires a high degree of independent productivity. The position does also come with a private office and technical support/training.
