One Support Staff Full-time New Position and Two Full-time Replacement Positions
(First consideration for Support Staff and Academic positions will be given to internal applicants in accordance with the respective Collective Agreements)
The incumbent works as a member of the Records and Registration team which is an integral part of the Registrar’s Office. The incumbent performs a wide variety of routine, non-routine and complex tasks related to the creation, maintenance, and verification of student records for a specified group of programs. It is expected that the incumbent maintains the Office of the Registrar’s values of respect, quality, and integrity.
Successful candidates will be required to conduct work within Ontario and must be available to work on campus as required. It is anticipated that this position will meet the needs of the department through a hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days on-site, and 3-4 days remote.
