Our West Kelowna clinic is actively seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative to support our business on a term contract until September 2023. There will be an option to extend that contract at the end of this term. On-the-job training is available!
Reporting Relationship:
You will be a key member of the in-clinic Retail Team, reporting directly to the Regional Clinic Manager.
At a high level, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations at every turn
- Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
- Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs
