The Role
This newly created role plays a major part in supporting CC&L’s growth and success. Working in a collaborative and engaging work environment, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruiting team and oversee full cycle talent acquisition activities for CC&L.
Building productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders will be important to your success. You will have a major role in advising and strategizing with business leaders and hiring managers on their recruiting strategy while inspiring your team of recruiters to implement those plans.
What You Will Do
  • Work with business leaders and hiring managers to develop a talent acquisition strategy which embodies CC&L’s diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and shared values.
  • Lead the team as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition solutions, including assessment, offer and negotiation approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to innovate content which promotes CC&L’s employment brand and value proposition through various channels including social media and digital platforms.
  • Build relationships with community partners, university career centers and internship program coordinators to raise brand awareness and lead participation in campus recruitment/career fairs to source talent.
  • Identify alternative recruitment platforms to post, and headhunt candidates for challenging or urgent openings.
  • Promote CC&L’s internal referral program to build talent pipeline and ensure talent policies, processes and tools are current and well-communicated.
  • Coach and support hiring managers in interviewing, selection, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Proactively conduct market research on talent acquisition and onboarding best practices to improve organizational processes.
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate to key stakeholders on talent acquisition metrics, trends, risks, mitigation plans, and relevant workplace legislation.

What You Bring
  • 7+ experience in HR/Talent Management within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
  • Undergraduate degree/diploma in HR or Business Administration
  • Professional HR Designation
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, social media, and knowledge of HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Experience using project management principles to achieve results
