Tasks include:

• Answering phone calls
• Processing invoices
• Processing payments
• Printing Cheques
• Depositing cheques
• Taking payments
• Filing documents
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Similar work experience in office area or customer service area is an asset
• Must have computer skills, able to use different computer applications or eager to learn
• Must be thorough and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills i.e. answering phone calls
• Be able to communicate by email in a professional manner
