You are responsible for:
- Entering orders and data into the system with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond and address questions an inquiries from customers, sales team and internal staff to ensure the customer feels valued and respected
- Track, cancel, issue credits and release orders as required
- Manage sample room to ensure current products are displayed, old products removed and returned as required
- Maintain product data base for current and accurate information
You Offer:
- 1 year in a customer support role ideally in retail or restaurant
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Timely, attention to detail, enjoy working a team environment
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Email management
- Reliable and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
