Nous recherchons un(e) gérant(e) pour notre magasin Tim Hortons situé à Laval. Dans votre rôle, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la conduite de notre équipe à offrir des expériences clients exceptionnelles et àgarantir que le magasin atteint ses objectifs de performance opérationnelle et de rentabilité.
Fonctions et responsabilités:
Jouez un role clé dans le développement des équipes, y compris l’acquisition de talents, la retention, la satisfaction des employés, la formation et la reconnaissance.
Planifiez et respectez les budgets, maximiser les profits et atteindre les objectifs relatifs aux ventes et aux transactions, gérer les couts des aliments, du papier et de la main d’oeuvre dans le restaurant.
Démontrez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication en communiquant régulièrement avec les membres d’équipe de tous les quarts, ainsi que le franchisé.
Assurez l’implantation de programmes de formation pour tous les employés.
Implantez tous les processus et normes en matière de santé et de sécurité.
Préparez des rapports, l’horaire et d’autres documents d’analyse du rendement.
Compétences requises:
Vous devez avoir une voiture car la gare exige que vous puissiez vous déplacer facilement entre plusieurs endroits.
*** Expérience dans la gestion de restaurants (3-5 ans) (la gestion de Tim Hortons est un atout majeur).***
Temps Plein, Permanent. Peut etre obligé de travailler les fin de semaines lorsque nécessaire ou soirée de temps en temps.

We are looking for a Manager for our Tim Hortons store located in Laval. In your role, you play a critical role in driving our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure the store meets its operational performance and profitability goals.
Functions and responsibilities:
Play a key role in team development, including talent acquisition, retention, employee satisfaction, training and recognition.
Plan and stay on budget, maximize profits and meet sales and transaction goals, manage food, paper and labor costs in the restaurant.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills by communicating regularly with team members of all shifts, as well as the franchisee.
Ensure the implementation of training programs for all employees.
Implement all health and safety processes and standards.
Prepare reports, schedules and other performance analysis documents.
Required Skills:
– Motivated and autonomous who can easily juggle projects / priorities
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during rush hour

You must have a car as you may be required to move between multiple locations.
*** Restaurant management experience (3-5 years) (managing Tim Hortons is a major asset) ***
Full time, Permanent. May be required to work weekends when necessary or evenings from time to time.
