About The Opportunity
As the Team Leader for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you’ll lead our team in driving sales growth and generating leads through outbound prospecting efforts. This pivotal role demands a blend of leadership skills, sales expertise, and an in-depth understanding of the sales process. Your influence will be felt as you coach, motivate, and empower the SDR team to surpass targets while upholding high-quality standards in lead generation. You’ll be the driving force behind our outbound prospecting initiatives, guiding your team to new heights and setting the benchmark for lead generation and sales growth. In this role, you’ll spearhead our outbound prospecting efforts, foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, and inspire SDRs to realize their full potential, all while surpassing targets.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $85,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets.
