What you will do
The successful candidate for the role of Intermediate Accountant, Finance will be involved in the full spectrum of accounting and reporting for the corporate consolidated results of Corza Medical.

• Works with the Finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting
• Participates in the annual consolidated global audit and engages with external audit team to ensure satisfactory and timely completion of the audit
• Assists with day-to-day head office accounting for multinational company with >60 legal entities in 14 countries which may include: assisting with consolidation and currency translations, intercompany invoicing and reconciliations, multicompany and multicurrency journal entries, accruals schedules and calculations, bank reconciliations, invoice adjustments, preparation of lead sheets and schedules for BS accounts, cross-charges and other intercompany calculations,
• Ensures consistent application of Corza policies and procedures within their remit. Also, looks for opportunities for process improvements and will work with global Finance teams in implementing new processes that provide better operational efficiency
• Assists with annual budgeting process and other ad hoc projects, for example, insurance renewal, tax returns, debt / banking compliance, etc.
• Participates in other internal projects, such as process documentations, controls enhancements, ad-hoc analytical tasks, etc.
• Coaching junior team members
• Performs other appropriate duties upon request by the team or the management

What you will need

• Minimum 2+ years work experience in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience working for a multinational / multi-currency business preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with an ERP system, preferably D365
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
