We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting software and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with year year-end audit request
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
