Right now, we are loading up our rocket ship and are looking for an IT and Facilities Specialist to join us as we take flight. In this role, you will wear a couple of different hats that all help our employees and workspace thrive. With your expertise in PCs, IT administration and flexibility to recognize, prioritize and handle office needs, you will take care of a wide array of core team needs. Your thorough organization, eagerness to solve problems, strong team player demeanour and ability to multitask make you an ideal candidate for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and configure PC software and hardware.
- Create and administer accounts across our various technology (Google Suite, Sales Tools, etc).
- Stock and maintain physical hardware and accessories.
- Act as the sole IT person for our employees and leadership team.
- Research and advise leadership on solutions as required.
- Manage the inventory of office amenities such as coffee pods.
- Liaise with external office vendors such as building cleaners, property owner, etc.
- Maintain security badges, video monitoring and other building controls.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Lifelong exposure to Windows OS and PC hardware.
- Experience in managing IT systems and applications٫ troubleshooting and repairing issues.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
- Experience working in an open-concept, modern office environment.
- A record of prioritizing and completing work without close supervision.
