Client Care Advisor

In the role of Client Care Advisor, you apply your demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an understanding of financial planning or loan/debt management to help people find their way back from debt.

To be successful in this role, you demonstrate the following experience, skills and credentials:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bank/financial institution;
• Post secondary education is an asset;
• Insolvency experience is an asset
• Demonstrated communication skills to service customers;
• Possess a solid understanding of most Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel;
• A solid grasp of basic and intermediate math
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal with delicate and personal information in a confidential manner;
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and success; and
• A passion for helping people;
