As a member of the CROSSMARK Dedicated Team you will work in retail stores for the execution of the strategic plans for the client’s brand development, growth, and maintenance by effectively establishing key relationships with store management to increase sales and execute merchandising that meets the client’s expectations.
Your main responsibilities include general merchandising tasks like, creating displays and themes related to items to support promotion events, following plan-o-grams and ensuring compliance to it, checking inventory and product expiration dates and making sure the proper products are on the shelves, promoting new items, recommending occasions to cross merchandise, identifying issues and proposing solutions to capitalize these opportunities.
*A successful Retail Sales Specialist will have: *
– Retail Merchandising and Sales experience
– 2-5 years of Previous Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience is required
– Strong understanding of retail operations, go-to-market strategies and business technologies
– Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
– Availability to travel
Territory to be covered:
* Moderate travel including some overnights, weekend, and holiday travel 15-20%
