Traditional schooling methods struggle to provide these children with the support they need. What You Will Be Doing

• Live coaching sessions where you will guide students on using learning apps effectively, discuss proven best practices, and provide success strategies
• Offline coaching where you will review and troubleshoot ineffective live sessions, helping refine students’ learning strategies by making more in-depth recommendations
• Provide clear and honest feedback on performance metrics to students, reinforcing their accountability

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Traditional teaching or tutoring: Our learning model revolves around technology and promotes independent learning
• Performing deep dives or process improvements: You will focus on providing students with actionable strategies
• Curating content: Instructions come from adaptive learning apps, not textbooks or lesson plans

Academic Coach Key Responsibilities

• Equip students with the tools they need for academic success as independent learners

Basic Requirements

• Fluency in both Ukrainian and English
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Experience working with students as a camp counselor, tutor, or in a similar role

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
