CyberClan is looking to identify an Account Manager (AM) with talent, drive and ambition to sell CyberClan’s solutions and own the customer relationship. The AM will primarily identify, manage and close new sources of sales opportunities, as well as develop and maintain various partner channels within CyberClan’s Managed Security Services and Risk Management Services offerings. This exciting role is highly focused on engaging and developing new business opportunities within a rapidly expanding environment.
The AM is a self-starter, motivated by the drive to connect and form new and valuable opportunities with prospects and channel partners. As you collaborate and create these lasting partnerships, you will have the opportunity to plan and design new pathways that will lead to the success of the firm and the growth of business and customer relationships.
Essential Functions
Implement the CyberClan sales strategy ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded
Identify new sales avenues/area in order to meet revenue objectives
Meet defined targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success and positive image of CyberClan in the marketplace
Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts
Maintain a high-profile CyberClan presence in the marketplace and with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership
Plan and prepare presentations and sales pitches
Set and attend meetings, conferences, and industry events, where relevant
Proactively stay in communication with potential clients to establish rapport
Utilize CRM tools to generate reports and providing client feedback to management and executive teams
Develop quotes and client proposals
Collaborate with AM peers and other CyberClan personnel to develop sales skills and promote professional growth
Required Skills, Experience, Degrees or Certification
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in successful IT cybersecurity sales
Driven to work toward and exceed revenue targets
Consistent record of successful solution selling
Successfully execute against a sales strategy, lead a complex deal process and position the business value of IT cybersecurity solutions to C-level Suite and IT Management
Displays negotiation skills, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making
Able to engage and work well with extended team members and collaborate internally
Able to network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers
Demonstrate successful experience in selling comprehensive IT service solutions to customer executive management
Robust communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to proactively navigate duties and day-to-day activities with minimal guidance
Maintain consistent CRM ‘hygiene,’ and leverage CRM tool to efficiently manage sales territory
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Formal training in sales techniques preferable
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred
