Job Summary
Leads the design, implementation and administration of all Compensation and Benefit programs. Key responsibilities include managing job evaluation systems, pay equity program, salary structure and incentive programs, managing benefits and retirement programs, analyzing market trend to assess the organization’s competitive position and enable decision making related to policies and programs design. This job will follow our hybrid work policy.
