One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at Orangeville, ON location for their facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance department activities directly.
- Establishing and overseeing department goals and objectives while monitoring performance.
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Maintaining and overseeing critical parts inventory, including procurement of equipment accessories and repair components.
- Managing building and facility maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Millwright License (433 A) required.
- Experience in departmental management and supervision necessary.
- .Strongly preferred: Maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing process
- Proficiency with software programs, including MS Office and maintenance tracking systems, essential.
- .Flexibility with work hours required to support departments and activities as needed
- Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
