GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will provide HR support to employees across DCL Canada & UK.
The HR Generalist will support the development and administration of programs and policies aimed at aligning DCL’s most important asset, our employees, with the strategic goals of the organization. The HR Generalist will partner with other HR team members, Payroll, and Company Management to foster an employee-centric company culture that emphasizes DCL’s Core Values – Environment, Health & Safety; One Team; Customer Centric, and Growth Mindset.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This role will primarily be located at DCL’s Corporate office, however travel is required to service all DCL workplaces, particularly to those located in Canada. Exposure to Manufacturing environment when in the plants.
