Le Chef Infrastructure TI sera responsable de propulser la performance des systèmes et du réseau de l’entreprise afin de les apporter à un autre niveau et de rapatrier cette gestion à l’interne.

• Administrer les serveurs, Configurer les nouveaux postes de travail, gérer le parc informatique et les licences

• Contribuer à un important projet de déménagement des bureaux et concevoir le nouveau réseau

• Assurer la sécurité des données des systèmes internes et des systèmes clients, puis gérer les sauvegardes

• Planifier le calendrier de maintenance et supporter les opérations du Cloud

• Diagnostiquer les problèmes techniques et fournir un soutien efficace

• Analyser les technologies en place, effectuer des études de marché, et partager des idées d’optimisation

• Être l’unique personne côté Infrastructure TI et travailler avec une équipe de développement de 8 personnes

• Œuvrer dans un environnement Windows, Microsoft 365, JumpCloud, Ubiquiti, NETGEAR

PROFIL

• 7+ années d’expérience en tant qu’Administrateur Système/Réseau

• Expertise avec Windows Server et Microsoft 365

• Maîtrise des scripts PowerShell

• Expérience en architecture réseau (fort atout) et en gestion de projets d’infrastructure informatique

• Fortes connaissances en réseautique (routeurs, firewall, NPS, VPN, VLAN, DHCP)

• Expérience professionnelle en infonuagique (AWS et Azure) et en sécurité informatique

• Connaissances de JumpCloud (atouts)

• Stabilité professionnelle, leadership entreprenant, désir de partage d’idées, et polyvalence

• Aisance dans un environnement startup

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

The Head of IT Infrastructure will be responsible for driving the performance of the company’s systems and network to bring them to another level and bringing this management back in-house.

MORE PRECISELY

• Administer servers, configure new workstations, manage IT equipment and licenses

• Contribute to a major office relocation project and design the new network

• Ensure data security of internal systems and client systems, then manage backups

• Plan the maintenance schedule and support Cloud operations

• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective support

• Analyze existing technologies, carry out market studies, and share optimization ideas

• Be the only person on the IT Infrastructure side and work with a development team of 8 people

• Work in a Windows environment, Microsoft 365, JumpCloud, Ubiquiti, NETGEAR

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as a System/Network Administrator

• Expertise with Windows Server and Microsoft 365

• Mastery of PowerShell scripts

• Experience in network architecture (strong asset) and IT infrastructure project management

• Strong knowledge of networking (routers, firewall, NPS, VPN, VLAN, DHCP)

• Professional experience in cloud computing (AWS and Azure) and IT security

• Knowledge of JumpCloud (assets)

• Professional stability, enterprising leadership, desire to share ideas, and versatility

• Comfort in a startup environment

• BAC in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
