Goal:

The Bookkeeper will oversee our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

He/She will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the processing of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements as per the company’s legal, financial, and accounting guidelines
  • Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices
  • Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions
  • SAGE 300 experience is added asset
  • at least 2-3 years experience in accounting/book keeping
  • Tax filing with CRA for HST/GST.
  • Bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliation experience needed
  • Posting all journal entries, AR ,AP entries , ADHOC reports
  • Creating payments through bank, by EFT, WIRE, Bill payments

Package:

Fix Salary: To be discussed based on the experience (40 hours/week)

Others:

Health Care and Benefit Plan (60%-40%) – after 3 months probationary period
