As the Account Manager – BlueGenesis you will be responsible for all telephone and email inquiries including selling, supporting, and troubleshooting resellers and single domain customer requests. You will be tasked with corresponding with various departments internally, setting up new accounts, managing current accounts, creating trouble tickets and negotiating contract terms with current and potential clients and resellers. You will be involved with every aspect of our private labeled/white labeled hosting products and services including; VMS, single domain, email only plans, dedicated servers, domain registration services, as well as technical support, and website migrations from time to time should the demand for website migrations be available.

Manage the current reseller and single domain customer base

First point of contact for web hosting services, Domain Services, and technical inquiries

Liaison between the billing team, domain services team, sys admins, partner relations and technical support

Negotiate contract terms and quote dedicated servers, along with correspond with the dedicated server team

Send Communications and provide direction with platform launches, version roll outs, and sun setting of applications
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 6 years or Associate’s and 4 years
