Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
The Material Handler , reporting to the Materials Coordinator, is responsible for the manual movement of building materials to various job sites within the plant.
Your work will include:
Store materials in an orderly and accessible fashion, distribute to specific locations within the manufacturing plant.
Maintain daily records of material requisitions.
Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials and supplies.
Prepare shipping kits in preparation for building completion.
Load and unload, move or stack building materials.

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 2 years’ experience in a material handling position is an asset.
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment is required.
Current forklift license is required.
Able to work individually and as a team member able to safely and comfortably carry out physical duties – lift to a maximum of 50 lb.
Attention to the details (observe damaged materials, etc.)
Attention to health/safety of self and co-workers.
