How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
Drive innovative and creative talent strategies to source, attract, recruit, and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple professional disciplines
Manage full-cycle recruitment including creating and executing sourcing strategies, pre-screening and interviewing, and offer process
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop a strong understanding of the culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business and advise on recruitment best practices, including interviewing techniques, and candidate experience
Build and deliver excellence in each stage of the talent acquisition process including: sourcing, employer brand, candidate engagement and experience, screening, selection and hiring
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the position requirements and expectations
Provide consistent follow up with internal management and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles
Manage the pipeline for requisitions across multiple teams and functions
Take initiative with stakeholders to develop new recruitment strategies
Stay abreast of relevant external employment market trends and proactively propose new strategies
Participate in networking events, attend job fairs and off-site recruitment programs as a means to obtain a strong pool of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs
Champion the development of automating processes and systems in order to eliminate or reduce manual processes and tasks
Represent DHL with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity, as per our corporate values
Do you have what it takes?
Post-secondary education in HR and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
Personable, able to comfortably deal with all job levels
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to function in a fast paced environment, multi task requests, and adapt quickly to process and procedures
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
Project management and negotiation skills, an asset
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with an ATS (Taleo)
Must Be: Bilingual (French & English)
Self-motivated, agile and able to work autonomously and collaboratively;
Great at building connections inside and outside the company.
