We are looking for Account Managers to oversee existing clients, grow their network and foster future success. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data. Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s client relations and marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Requirements:

Math/Accounting skills are a plus!
Must have experience with Microsoft/Excel
Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus
Essential Functions:
- Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
- Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
- Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
- Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution
- Basic filing and data entry
