Position Summary:
The Company is currently looking for a competitive Medical Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Medical Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, and you will aim at meeting sales targets.
As a Medical Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our medical products and maximize sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Provide product information and deliver product samples
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted groups in the decision-making process
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with the latest medical data
Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks, or special tasks as required by clinic management.
Scheduling appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals to promote our company.
Developing an in-depth understanding of the procedure.
Preparing presentations for doctors and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
A Team Player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative.
