The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As our first Product Manager at the company, we’re looking for someone who has worked on delivering digital products end to end in a scrappy and autonomous environment. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.
On a Typical Day, You Will:
- Drive impact by sequencing and delivering product initiatives across our marketplace.
- Understand the industry landscape to assist in refining outbound product positioning and help define our product strategy and vision
- Work with the design/engineering/product teams to develop and launch products with efficiency
- Define and execute on user testing and research to get inside our customer’s heads to understand the core problems they’re facing.
- Work with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure that we’re supporting our internal teams towards our company objectives
- Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
- Drive development of solutions and project management from concept to launch.
Who Are You?
- Ideally quantitative or technical in background
- Experience in measuring and valuing qualitative and quantitative customer data
- Has led multiple product initiatives from conception to launch with an eye for driving impact
- Is able to drive autonomously in areas with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Wants to get to the bottom of things: curious and committed
- Is a team player and problem solver
- Values an empathic and kind team
