Responsibilities
Actively networking in the job families we recruit in; paramedical, industrial safety professionals and casual/temporary workforce
Develop a deep understanding of who we are competing with for talent and bring clever ideas forward to ensure we will attract the right people at the right time
Recruiting
Working closing with Hiring Managers to determine the ideal candidate(s) and establish realistic timelines for the recruitment and hiring process
Ensure the job advertisement speaks to the ideal candidate
Pre-screen, present, participate in the entire recruitment process
Annual Recruitment Events
Execute high volume recruitment programs; hiring events of 100 to 600 hires in peak season
Experience
Has worked in the temporary/contingent workforce industry; former staffing agency experience or high volume retail recruiting is preferred
Has experience in high-volume recruitment programs (100 to 600 people)
Passionate about recruitment
Solid expertise in recruitment related software
Social media savvy ? using various apps to recruit is the norm

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other appropriate field preferred.
Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment.
Able to work in a result focused environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively with different managers, candidate personalities
