Dysun International Looking for Executive Assistant at Oakville, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Opportunity:

DYSUN INTERNATIONAL is a professional B2B company specializing in home and garden decoration, as well as indoor and outdoor pottery, with a history of 22 years. Our clients include globally renowned brands such as Costco, Walmart, and Home Depot. DYSUN Toronto Office is the management center for North American business. We are looking for an EA to the CEO with a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO
• Manage the calendar, communications (emails and calls), and travel for CEO
• Take part in special projects relating to the operations of the business
• Organize and administer management meetings (agenda, meeting minutes, and management of action items and follow-ups) and prepares executive’s expense reports
• Participate in the drafting of documents, presentations, and reports
• Assist with office processes (ordering supplies and materials, coordinate with technology team for troubleshooting, etc.)
• Liaise with colleagues and counterparts within the organization
• Manage social media accounts as needed (LinkedIn posts, shares)

• Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide assistance to multiple individuals in the presence of frequent interruptions
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven proficiency in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management.
