Responsibilities
Act as the primary administrator and point of contact for NetSuite and other financial applications (Blackline, Workiva, Zoho), managing project requirements, enhancement requests, support escalations, training needs and chart of account changes
Investigate and resolve sub-ledger and general ledger inquiries from the Finance team
Develop mitigation strategy for production issues, manage escalations
Participate in front/back end system migrations due to M&A
Monitor the system performance and work with the IT team to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining troubleshooting and improving customer experience
Participate in interactive design sessions with users resulting in functional specifications, data and process flow diagrams
Carryout functional testing and assist with end-to-end system test coordination
Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery
Liaise with internal team members and the overall business to support new requests for searches, reports, and dashboards
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions
Develop and improve internal processes, optimizing for strategic business outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with major studies in accounting, business administration, information systems or a related field and 5-7 years of related experience
Experience implementing and/or administering ERP or financial software systems required. Specific experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
Query and report building experience preferred
Strong analytical, change management, task/project management and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work across platforms/applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
