Your Role
We are recruiting a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join the team supporting our new Embedded Payments solution platform. Building from our proven, high-scale transaction processing solution, Exact Payments is developing a comprehensive suite of API-first, cloud-native (AWS) enabling services including Onboarding & Underwriting; Payments, Reporting & Analytics, Ledger & Reconciliation, and Fraud Management. This suite of services enables software (SaaS) clients to fully integrate and embed payments into their solutions creating a compelling new revenue stream for the business.
Reporting to our Manager, Technical Support, this person will be responsible for identifying and responding to potential issues across this next-generation payment platform. This Support role will require researching issues reported both by our customers, and the other members of our support, development, and operations teams. You will leverage Prometheus, Loki, Cloudwatch, and Grafana to build a suite of alerts, log queries, and data visualizations which will be used to rapidly identify processing or integration issues and advise clients on resolution strategies.
