About The Role:
The People & Culture Strategist (Business Partner) is responsible for providing advice, consultation, and support to staff at all levels at Ecojustice related to the professional practice of People & Culture. Specifically, the P&C Strategist leads recruitment, employee relations & engagement, culture & recognition, assists with diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, and training and development. They initiate the implementation and review of People & Culture services, policies, and programs. The People & Culture Strategist (Business Partner) also serves as the front-line, first point of contact for staff nationally.
The People & Culture Business Partner works to deliver People & Culture practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture emphasizing impact, excellence, integrity, collaboration, courage, and dedication. Some main responsibilities include:
