Who You Are:
The Director of Automotive Sales is entrusted with the critical task of selling precision-engineered aluminum automotive components to car companies and related industries.This individual should bring to the table not only an extensive background in the field but also a unique blend of qualities that set them apart. They should possess a deep understanding of automotive market trends and a proven track record in the sector, emphasizing their ability to foster strong relationships with clients in both Canada, Mexico and the United States within the automotive industry. Beyond conventional sales, the ideal candidate must exhibit a passion for excellence, an empathetic approach, and a commitment to quality. They understand the unique needs and challenges of each automotive customer and work to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.

While this role is based out of the Windsor facility, the ideal candidate can be located anywhere from Windsor to Toronto given the diverse client base. Travel to clients and to the Windsor facility will be required.
Your Impact
Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Windsor Facility, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts across North America. The Director of Sales will take charge of a team comprising one sales representative and directly oversee the company’s automotive client base across North America. The primary mission for this leader is to craft an innovative sales strategy and instill a culture of growth and excellence within the sales team. An essential aspect of this role involves establishing strong customer relations and building a cohesive team approach that supports the activities necessary to drive and execute the organization’s short-term and long-term growth strategies.
