People Operations Generalist
About the Role
We’re looking for a team player to join our fast-paced professional environment as the People Operations Generalist II. As a People Operations Generalist II , you will manage end to end projects to ensure a positive employee experience for our Eightfold AI team, work cross functionally with other teams and handle highly confidential information . Our ideal People Operations Generalist II will possess solid progressive well-rounded human resources experience with exceptional interpersonal skills. We seek someone who is passionate about continually improving processes, systems and tools that allow Eightfold to scale rapidly and better serve the Eightfold AI team globally.
Responsibilities
Manages Eightfold employee life-cycle, shaping the employee experience by executing, administering, and scaling thoughtful, business critical and people-focused programs
Be the first point of contact for employees in program areas including, but not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, mobility, company policies and procedures, and compliance
Handle general HR administrative tasks such as entering and maintain employees data, generating reports, auditing data, proposing business process improvements, and automation
Help administer US and EMEA benefits plans, including health, 401k, LOAs, and COBRA; responsible for compliance, discrimination testing, open enrollment, renewals and auditing
Establish collaboration with key partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic support
Help to drive retention, engagement, growth, workflow efficiency, performance management and culture programs
Become a subject matter expert on HR internal processes and tools to manage those processes
Responsible for delivering variety of HR support
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR with emphasis on operations and process
Strong attention to details for data integrity management
Demonstrated success in managing and working with highly sensitive and confidential information
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels
Excellent process skills, documentation, and in-depth analytical skills – innovative problem solver, able to be resilient under pressure.
Well-versed in Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.) and HRIS systems (we currently use Paylocity)
