Company Description
At ESI, our people are our main focus – our clients and our team. While we are extremely serious about the quality of the work we deliver, we believe there is no reason why the job has to feel like a chore. With a positive attitude, we overcome the challenges of each day through collaboration and respect for each other’s ideas and opinions. Our attention to detail and client care has resulted in long-term relationships, with every client seeking repeated, follow-on engagements. Abiding by the philosophy coined by one of our colleagues, “Take care of the client, take care of each other, and everything else will take care of itself” has been key to our success.
ESI is a resiliency management consultancy, proudly headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick. Operating in market for the past twelve (12) years, we have grown our team to five (5) full-time positions supported by more than (20) twenty subject matter experts and technical specialists engaged regularly depending on project requirements. ESI delivers consulting services focused on the end-to-end emergency management spectrum from preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation for key clients locally and internationally including the local, Provincial and Federal Governments (including Emergency Measures Organizations), mines, ports, infrastructure providers, airports, LNG terminals, utilities, energy, and nuclear facilities, among many. ESI offers a full suite of resiliency management services including emergency planning, gap analysis, plan review/development, exercise simulation and after-action reviews, business continuity, threat risk and vulnerability assessments, and training delivery as one of Atlantic Canada’s only select education providers of Incident Command Systems (ICS) training.
