Tasks and Responsibilities
The customer service agent will have the following responsibilities:
• Respond to telephone or email requests from the member clientele
• Carry out the necessary research on insured guarantees
• Forward letters of acceptance for exceptional medications to participants
• Accompany and support members with the use of our various tools: member portal, membership portal
• Maintain a satisfactory level of knowledge to ensure accurate and quality service
• Process claims
Profile
Here is a summary of the profile we are looking for in the person who will occupy the customer service agent position:
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in the customer service field. Call center experience is an asset
• Diploma of college or university studies in administration, financial services, or any other relevant training
• Personal insurance and/or collective insurance and annuity licenses from the AMF an asset
• Advanced use of Office365 suite
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
• Experience in the insurance field as an asset
