Are you a resourceful and motivated individual looking for a new challenge in the field of Human Resources? We are looking for a top tier HR Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will be accountable for the comprehensive administration of HR processes critical to client service delivery and provide flexible and effective solutions within a dynamic team environment. Utilization of our case management system (Neocase) and entering basic workforce transactions into our HRIS system (Workday) are key components of this role.
What you will do
Triage workflow through Workday and Neocase ensuring timely response and follow up to requests from internal partners.
Process and maintenance of HCM (Human Capital Management) position management requirements. This includes but not limited to:
Employee Job and Compensation changes.
Creation of internal employment letters for placements.
Validation of supervisory organization assignments.
Downstream Long-Term Disability (LTD) actions.
Update and upload evaluated position descriptions.
Provide guidance to internal clients and HR Advisory team members with transactional Workday activities and processes.
Provide administrative support for HR Representatives as requested including the processing of invoices and allocating expenses to appropriate budget.
Provide input into the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and programs and support process mapping and documentation as required.
Prepare reports in support of HR Advisory Services to support projects, HR Cycles, or initiatives.
Support other company projects and programs as required.
Who you are
You have the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 3 years related Human Resources support experience. Equivalent combinations of education/certification and experience may be considered.
Strong computing skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio). Expertise using advanced Excel functions is an asset.
Experience working with Workday and any other customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Neocase is considered an asset.
Strong communication skills, oral and written, focused internally on all levels.
This position supports employees at the Enbridge subsidiary company Gazifere, a natural gas distribution company located Gatineau, Quebec. French language skills are not required but is a benefit.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy.
Ability to listen carefully to others, while being polite, courteous, and respectful in interactions.
Conveys facts and information clearly in both written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
Ability to adapt to new technologies, methods, and practices.
