What Will You Do?
70% – Solutions
- Brainstorming
- Software design and development
- Verification activities
20% – Planning and Docs
- Define software requirements
- Prepare design/protocol/user documentation
- Test plans
- Propose or execute process improvements
10% – Communications
- Support internals as required (i.e. Sales and Production)
- Support externals as required (i.e. Customers and Partners)

Hard Requirements
- MUST live in or near Calgary, and be able to commute to the office
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed
- A sense of humor
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft C# language
- Experience with user interface development using Microsoft Technologies
- Experience with basic database concepts (SQL, schema design, etc.)
- Experience with one or more application types (desktop, server, web, mobile)
Experience with the following Microsoft Technologies would be useful:
- WinForms
- WPF
- Xamarin Forms
- DotNET MAUI
- ASP.NET
- ASP.NET Blazor
- Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with the following technologies would also be useful:
- Amazon Web Services
- PostgreSQL database server
- Linux operating system (RHEL, CentOS or Rocky Linux)
- Telerik UI components (for WinForms, WPF, MAUI and Blazor)
- Communications and IP Networking
