They are looking for a professional, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to ensure overall company objectives are met. Responsibilities:
- Development and coordination of proactive marketing initiatives, creating, designing, and developing materials (presentations, brochures, etc) as needed.
- Coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnerships with Managers, fee-earners, and others based on the scope of services, client, and level of expertise required for the pursuit.
- Develop relevant proactive marketing packages for clients.
- Use local market insights to inform business strategies and optimize the impact of marketing strategy.
- Provide support for property marketing strategy and process for high-profile assignments.
- Work with fee earners and the Marketing team to develop marketing packages for clients including brands, logos, brochures, marketing centers & events.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications is an asset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with proposal writing, layout, and production.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Positive and professional attitude, team player.
- Ability to interface and communicate with internal and external clients.
- Attention to detail; excellent organizational skills and keen eye.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Previous real estate experience is not required, but would be an asset.
