Exceleris Looking for Controller – Large SME – West Island – Hybrid available at Pointe-Claire, Quebec Full Time

Our client, a large and growing private company with over 200M$ in revenues seeking a dynamic Controller, which will manage the accounting team and assist in directing all company finances. This role is part of the longer term growth plan. Responsibilities include complex data analysis, budget forecasting, overseeing accounts and budgets, and other functions.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:
•Direct and monitor all financial activities of the organization
•Define and implement the company’s budget plans
•Prepare the company’s financial statements monthly and annually as required.
•Manage and comply with reporting and auditing requirements of various governmental bodies;
•Coordinate the year-end audit;
•Participate in the improvement of the ERP system in collaboration with other departments
•Provide strategic financial planning advice to senior management for long term growth.
•Manage the finance department

Qualifications
•CPA
•10+ years experience
•Bilingual & Hands-on
