Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Order Desk Agent to join the Customer Care Team in their Ville St. Laurent office. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering orders using computer software, invoicing, monitoring incoming emails, answering customer inquiries, and performing other general clerical tasks. Working knowledge of Sage 300 ERP is an asset.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
• $20 per hour
• Full-time; Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
• Signing Bonus
• Group insurance after 3 months
• 3 weeks of paid vacation
*Close to public transit; du College and Cote Vertu Metro Stations & STM buses 124, 128, and 380
