Responsibilities:
- Create a template for conducting an audit of all the training materials created under IT.
- Sort the training materials, which include the QRGs, e-learning course, videos.
- Draft communication for the upcoming downtime: Workday, SAP/BI, and other planned and unplanned downtime requests.
- Coordinate translation requests as needed.
- Issue communications to the designated distribution lists.
- Troubleshoot issues related to distribution lists.
- Work with SMEs to gather and create QRGs.
- Send out the QRGs to stakeholders and review and feedback.
