The Opportunity
The HR Generalist (known internally as a Talent Consultant) acts as the first point of contact for employees and leaders in select functions within the EY CBS service line. The incumbent will possess deep understanding of the business needs and strategy of the function/area; understand how to translate these needs into relevant talent initiatives and work to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, aligned with the business strategies.
