This growing law firm based in Toronto is seeking a Law Clerk with experience in personal injury litigation. You ideally have 3 years of experience in a busy personal injury firm.

In this role you will be working on files and providing support to a team of lawyers including the following capacities:

 
– Participating in client intake meetings, in-person, phone and virtual
– Assemble and file briefs and documents for court
– Review documentation
– Electronic filing

– Minimum of 3 years legal firm experience in personal injury litigation working at a law clerk level
– Successful completion of a post-secondary law clerk program
– Professional, client service focused, self-motivated and ability to take initiative
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task meet deadlines with sharp attention to detail
